The immigration system can be complex and confusing. It is important that you speak to a qualified and registered expert. You can find details of local providers by using the Find an Immigration Advisor web page.

As your Member of Parliament, I cannot provide you with legal advice on immigration, nor can I overturn decisions made by the Home Office or the Courts. I can provide support where you have been faced with delays or administrative errors caused by UK Visas and Immigration (part of the Home Office), and I can point you in the right direction to access other services. I can also raise matters of policy with the Home Secretary. When you write to me about an immigration issue, please include your full name, address, date of birth, country of origin and your Home Office reference number.
