I am thrilled that I have been appointed as the United Kingdom’s Trade Envoy to the Republic of Türkiye.
Growth is at the heart of this Labour government’s agenda, and with £26 billion already in trade between our nations, there’s so much potential for more collaboration, deeper cooperation and more growth to benefit both of our countries.
I will be working to strengthen our trade relations and build new partnerships to drive growth and create more jobs for British people.
I look forward to working closely with both governments and industry leaders to back British business and drive forward a stronger, more connected, and more prosperous Britain.
